My Story

Smita Daya, Ayurvedic Chef

As a certified Ayurvedic Chef, I love to help busy working people like you eat your way to better health by creating delicious and balancing meal plans infused with the knowledge of Ayurveda. My mission is to inspire my audience through my workshops and individual consultations, with effective and long-term solutions to their health concerns. We hope to make a difference by educating, inspiring, and empowering you to heal in a way that promotes happiness, connectedness and heightened spiritual awareness--eat according to your constitution type. My services include consulting and in-depth, hands-on Ayurvedic cooking workshops.
